About

Micro1 is seeking a Software Engineer to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This remote role requires 3+ years of software engineering experience and is best suited for developers who can navigate unfamiliar codebases and solve practical problems. Candidates should be able to communicate technical reasoning effectively and demonstrate strong software engineering judgment. A Cybersecurity/SecOps background is preferred, but prior AI experience is not mandatory.
