About

Micro1 is seeking experienced Software Engineers to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through real-world software engineering tasks. This position requires strong judgment and the ability to evaluate code and architecture. With a pay range of $20 - $75/hour, applicants should have at least 3 years of experience and familiarity with backend or full-stack environments. A Cybersecurity/SecOps background is preferable but not required.
