Deine Aufgaben:
- Gesamtverantwortung für die ML-Strategie der Practice Applied AI (Architektur, Standards, Qualität)
- Design und Betrieb unternehmenskritischer ML-Systeme (skalierbare Inferenz, Multi-Modell-Architekturen, Enterprise-AI-Plattformen)
- Bewertung und Einführung neuer ML-Paradigmen (Foundation Models, Multi-Modal AI, Edge, Agentic Systems) auf Basis strukturierter Assessments
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Technology Radars mit klaren Adoption-Empfehlungen
- Trusted Advisor für KI auf C-Level/Board-Ebene bei Mercedes-Benz und weiteren Kunden
- Entwicklung ganzheitlicher AI-Strategien (Governance, Organisation, Build-vs-Buy)
- Leitung komplexer Transformationsprojekte inkl. Budgetverantwortung und Top-Management-Steuerung
- Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen als strategischer PartnerAufbau und fachliche Führung der ML Engineering Practice
- Entwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Best Practices für skalierbare UmsetzungVerantwortung für Upskilling und zukünftige Kompetenzentwicklung im Team
- Mentoring von Senior Consultants Richtung PrincipalExterne Positionierung durch Publikationen, Konferenzbeiträge und WhitepaperDefinition und Steuerung von Adoption-Prozessen
- Aufbau einer aktiven Demo- und Evaluierungskultur (z. B. Tech Sprints)
- Etablierung von Strukturen, die Lernbereitschaft und Adoptionstempo fördern
Dein Profil:
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in ML/Data Science, auch in technischer Führungsrolle
- Tiefgreifende Expertise entlang des gesamten ML-Stacks (Data Engineering, Training, Serving, Monitoring, MLOps)
- Erfahrung mit LLMs und Foundation Models (Fine-Tuning, RLHF, RAG, Agentic Systems)
- Strategische Beratungserfahrung auf C-Level inkl. Budgetverantwortung
- Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, neue Technologien frühzeitig zu erkennen, zu bewerten und zu skalieren
- Hohe Lernagilität mit konkreten Beispielen für Technologie-Evaluation und -Adoption
- Technologische Bodenständigkeit kombiniert mit Innovationsfreude
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln (Engineering bis Vorstand)
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit Fokus auf Impact
- Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science o. ä. (Promotion von Vorteil)
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
- Relevante Zertifizierungen, Publikationen oder vergleichbare Nachweise
