We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic *Technical Assistance / CCTV Support Assistant* to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for CCTV, alarms, intercom, and networking products
* Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and system configuration
* Support sales staff with technical product information
* Test and prepare equipment before dispatch
* Help customers remotely via phone, WhatsApp, and email
* Keep up to date with the latest security technologies
* Assist with training sessions and demonstrations when require
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and networking
* Understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, and security systems
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to diagnose technical issues
* Organised, reliable, and willing to learn
* Experience with Uniview, Hikvision, Ajax, Texecom, or similar brands is an advantage
