In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, visitors, and contractors, and coordinate their check-in according to established procedures
  • Answer customer phone calls and transfer them in a professional, respectful, and confidential manner
  • Provide ongoing support to the Customer Experience team to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Enter, validate, and update data in various systems and customer portals
  • Prepare, format, and review various administrative documents
  • Collaborate with various teams to support daily administrative operations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the efficiency of administrative activities
  • Perform any other related tasks related to administrative support and customer experience

Profile
