As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be at the front lines of our continued growth. You'll identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities while serving as a vital partner to our sales and marketing teams. This is a fast-paced, high-reward role where curiosity, resilience, and strong communication skills shine.
What You'll Do- Proactively prospect and engage potential customers using proven outreach strategies
- Identify prospect needs, challenges, and goals
- Qualify and route sales-ready opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives
- Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets
- Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives as needed
- Manage time and pipeline effectively in a self-directed environment
- Strong understanding of our nutrition, payments, and e-commerce solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical software offerings
- Consistent generation of high-quality, qualified sales opportunities
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills

- US hourly rate: $21.00 + Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits (final compensation based on location, skills, and experience)
