Sales Manager
to our growing team! As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our pre-owned vehicle department. Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, sourcing and pricing pre-owned inventory, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience Benefits: Most competitive salary in the industry. Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Lead, mentor, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Source, acquire, and manage the dealership's pre-owned vehicle inventory. Determine pricing strategies and oversee merchandising efforts. Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the purchasing process. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand market share, and capitalize on emerging trends in the used car market. Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize sales and profitability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the used car industry, demonstrating a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicle market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
