Le/la coordinateur(trice) de la gestion des commandes supervise l’ensemble du cycle de vie des commandes d’achat, en assurant leur exactitude, leur traitement en temps opportun et la coordination entre les équipes internes, les usines et les clients afin de maintenir un flux d’approvisionnement constant.
Responsabilités:
- Traiter et gérer les commandes de vente et d’achat de manière précise et rapide
- Saisir et maintenir les données des commandes dans SAP (ou un système ERP)
- Convertir les commandes de vente en commandes d’achat et les transmettre aux usines
- Coordonner l’allocation des commandes, l’expédition (par conteneur) et les ajustements (dates, quantités)
- Assurer une communication régulière avec les usines, entrepôts, équipes de vente et parties prenantes internes
- Suivre l’état des commandes pour garantir des livraisons complètes et à temps
- Maintenir un pipeline solide grâce à l’analyse des commandes en cours
- Clôturer les commandes et téléverser les documents requis sur les portails clients/détaillants
- Assurer l’exactitude des données et la conformité des systèmes EDI et des plateformes détaillants
Qualifications:
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Grande attention aux détails et précision
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe
- Expérience avec SAP ou un système ERP (un atout)
- Esprit analytique et capacité d’adaptation
- Bilinguisme : français et anglais

The Order Management Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and coordination between internal teams, factories, and customers to maintain a steady supply flow.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Enter and maintain order data in SAP (or ERP system)
- Convert sales orders into purchase orders and send them to factories
- Coordinate order allocation, shipping (by container), and adjustments (dates, quantities)
- Communicate regularly with factories, warehouses, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor order status to ensure on-time, complete shipments
- Maintain strong order pipeline through analysis of open orders
- Close orders and upload required documents to customer/retailer portals
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across EDI systems and retailer platforms
Qualifications:
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- Bilingual in French and English
