Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Prospect and sell fresh products while delivering exceptional customer service. Procure raw materials and coordinate their optimal use with production and prepared foods teams. Develop weekly production schedules, forecast sales needs, and lead daily production meetings. Manage order processing, logistics support, receiving coordination, and sample requests. Serve as liaison between sales and operations, handling customer issues and supporting cross-functional workflows with a customer service focus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or direct experience in lieu of. 6 months of sales experience with poultry experience preferred. Working knowledge of sales, manufacturing, and product development. Strong Microsoft Office skills with SAP experience preferred. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Travel as needed.
