YOUR IMPACT

As a CRM Specialist, you master data to improve FELFEL’s customer experience. By equipping all client-facing teams with a system that consolidates knowledge and delivers actionable insights, you make sure that we have complete visibility on our customer relationships at any point in time.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager you’ll be the link between FELFEL front teams and HubSpot. Together, you are key in creating systems & initiatives that enhance the relationship between FELFEL and its B2B & B2C customers through their entire lifecycle.
  • Day-to-day process optimization of HubSpot CRM system ensuring system functionality and data integrity that supports Marketing, Sales, Success and Support in their decision-making both in the Switzerland and US markets.
  • Be the first point of contact for the Marketing, Sales, Success & Support teams for HubSpot troubleshooting.
  • Maintain CRM documentation (Wiki) to ensure clarity & consistency in HubSpot processes.
  • Host quaterly Quality Checks with all HubSpot user groups to ensure consistency and identify possible areas of improvement.
  • Execute the segmentation of B2B & B2C customer data for the execution of targeted communications (newsletters, surveys, app notifications, …)
  • Generate ad-hoc reports to provide specific insights into customer data.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role where you have gained expertise in understanding customer’s data
  • You have worked extensively with a CRM system like HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a must.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Process-savy.
  • Expert in troubleshooting. You love to solve problems.
  • Self-learning attitude. Sometimes you’ll need to learn something on your own.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
