We are seeking mid-level and senior IT Project Managers to join our clients' team, focusing on the healthcare sector. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to lead complex initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and make a significant impact on the organization's strategic objectives.
Position
- IT Project Manager
Experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing medium & large-scale IT projects with durations over one year
- Expertise in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, capacity planning, and steering committee management
- Strong legal competencies in drafting partner agreements, contract management, and procurement processes
- Knowledge of the public sector environment, including regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and governance practices
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector is preferred
Main responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards, and project scope
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and mitigation plans
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project reviews to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Draft and negotiate partner agreements and manage contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies
- Apply legal competencies in drafting and reviewing project-related agreements, contracts, and procurement documents as necessary
- Utilize knowledge of the public sector landscape to navigate regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and organizational protocols
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, business analysts, developers, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
- Employ Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline project delivery, enhance team productivity, and adapt to changing business needs
Education/Certification
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
- Certification in Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage
