About the role: As a Software Test Engineer at Serrala, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge SAP-based solutions, directly influencing our clients' financial processes and cash visibility. Your Day to Day: Dive into requirement analysis and actively participate in solution design, ensuring our testing strategies align perfectly with product goals. Craft and review test cases with precision, ensuring they meet requirements and standards, while leveraging your expertise in the software testing lifecycle (STLC) to develop effective testing strategies and manage defects efficiently. Prepare comprehensive test data, ensuring all scenarios are covered. Execute manual testing, meticulously analyze results, and document findings to maintain exceptional product quality. Utilize the TOSCA suite to design, manage, and execute automated test scripts, continuously enhancing your automation skills and driving efficiency in our testing processes. What makes you excel in this position: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an apprenticeship as a Bank Clerk. Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer, with strong expertise in test case design, execution, and automated testing setup. Deep understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), including testing strategies and defect management; an ISTQB certification is a plus. Experience in cash management and/or treasury is highly beneficial. Familiarity with SAP Financial modules is an advantage. Hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr, and TOSCA is a plus. Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2 or higher) is a plus. Why us?
