Job DescriptionPosition: As Intuitive grows, we're adding a Senior Copywriter to our Brand and Creative team. Our multi-disciplinary team oversees brand, creative design, multimedia production, content strategy, social media, and digital and web content. The Senior Copywriter will focus on corporate and product initiatives, working as part of a cross-functional team on concepts, pitches, and launch deliverables, including narratives, video scripts, web and social copy, presentations, event theming, and campaign deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing effective multi-channel content and a collaborative approach to partnering within a highly matrixed organization. You will be responsible for understanding strategy, positioning, and audience segmentation, for being able to translate complex technical and medical content into compelling copy, and for working with others to clearly articulate ideas and themes across channels and deliverables. You'll be part of a six-person creative content team that includes a Creative Director, Content and a team of copy writers and content strategists. Job Description:Writing and editing:

Efficiently craft compelling content for campaigns, launches, films, presentations, sales tools, and digital content that reflects the Intuitive brand and addresses customer insights Translate strategy, positioning, audience psychographics from creative briefs into persuasive copy Interrogate and explore ideas by adjusting the priority of messages and key take-aways Develop messaging for various audiences (physician, patient, administrator), research and help define strategy and channel activation Develop messaging hierarchies and narratives for corporate, product, and clinical marketing portfolios Present work and articulate approach to teammates, product owners, reviewers, and other stakeholders Build strong relationships with critical cross-functional partners in marketing, design, multimedia (film), web, social media, and project management functions Video scripting

Collaborate, concept, and write original scripts for human-centered stories featuring our customers and the patients we serve, product launch testimonials, or 3D animation copy that may include voice over. Each script should aspire to narrative consistency, voice and tone for event, web, and social deliverables Demonstrate track record of familiarity with video production - from pre-production through production and post-production - including camera set-ups, lighting, field and studio production, and sound design with music and spoken word Web and digital copy

Plan, write, and edit content for Intuitive.com web and mobile experiences, including page copy, assets definition, meta data, and disclosures Champion web copy effectiveness and actively advocate for content quality Bring current reader habits for digital content and website UX best practices into Intuitive's strategies and workflows Use data and analytics to evaluate your content's impact and recommend programs for continuous, measurable improvement Provide SEO leadership with keyword research, audience interest quantification, and writing for optimization QualificationsSkill/Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' work experience as a marketing, advertising, agency copywriter required. Medical device experience is preferred Knowledge of AP style and Chicago Manual of Style required, familiarity with AMA Guidelines desired Must have an online portfolio URL in your resume, demonstrating copywriting and conceptual thinking skillset, as well as campaign thinking that can extend into any medium Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma, Tableau, Final Draft desired Additional Information Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
