About
Job Summary:
Creates graphics, produces videos, and takes photos to support the marketing and promotional activities of a multiple business locations. Works closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency while producing creative content for use in print and on websites, social media and newsletters. Excels in a team environment, working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Print production skills
Basic HTML knowledge and HTML editor experience
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven environment and while coordinating input from multiple stakeholders
Self-starter and ability to self-manage workload, including taking initiative to propose creative projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Video filming/production/editing skills
Photography/photo editing skills
Social media and e-mail marketing experience a plus
SEO/SEM knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and follow established procedures for review/approval of all content to ensure that all graphic/creative marketing material is in compliance with OEM requirements and marketing goals/objectives
Create original/adapt existing graphics to promote events, promotions, etc.
Generate original photos/videos/graphic collateral to ensure content is fresh and engaging
Coordinate with printing vendor(s)
Design/produce weekly bag stuffers and weekly in-store and special event signage
Design/produce graphics in varying sizes/formats to be utilized on websites, on social media (general posts and ads), in e-blasts/newsletters, on billboards, in print media, on vehicles, and on marketing materials (giveaway items, pop-up tents, etc.)
Make updates to dealership websites and coordinate with website provider to effectuate larger site updates, when needed. Manage and optimize website SEO/SEM.
Provide hands-on support for larger events working with other staff to set up/tear down pop-ups, tables, chairs, banners, flyers, etc.
Attend event/marketing-related meetings, as needed
Create/generate other marketing-related print, graphic, photo and video material, as needed
