The team is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimisation of our systems, which makes a critical contribution to the seamless operation of our digital banking platform.Primary responsibilities include:Contribute to the rollout, management and administration of core service infrastructure, taking the lead on specific systems or projects as appropriateWork on the design, deployment, and documentation of new solutions and of enhancements to existing solutions in line with agreed technical standards and policies, as well as manage and administer our current products and servicesSet up accounts for new joiners and make adjustments as necessary for current employees as they move into new roles/departmentsAdminister MDM solutions for company laptops and BYODIntegrate ZTNA solutions to ensure secure access to cloud-based applicationsCollaborate with the IT Security team to:Develop, implement, and enforce robust security policies and proceduresAlign IT practices with broader security initiativesUnderstand current operational security issues and develop solutionsApply patches and updates to system and third-party applicationsContribute to creating an IT self-service system, including a wiki, and potentially including AI if appropriateProvide support to our staff for technical issues with their devices or systemsYou'll get to work with a variety of technologies:Our current tech stack consists of the below but our focus is always on finding the right technology for the job so we're always interested in considering other solutions.macOS and ChromeOSGoogle Workspace, including security elements such as DLP and device managementJamf Pro (including Protect, Connect, and Security Cloud)Make for automation toolingSlack1PasswordAtlassian (Jira & Confluence)RequirementsAbout YouThis is an exciting role for a Mac systems administrator with strong knowledge of the basics who is looking to learn more and take the next step in their career.
