Interview process: Two Stage interview Process

Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.

The recipe!

This role is all about crafting and sustaining comprehensive short-term (12 weeks) Production and Supply plans that align with our finished goods inventory targets, business goals, and customer service expectations. You\\\'ll analyse capacity to uncover any mismatches between what we can produce and what’s needed, and provide insightful recommendations to proactively address service risks while optimising costs.

• Collaborate with manufacturing managers and Supply Chain to align capacity with short-term (12 weeks) and medium-term (up to 18 months) demand
• Monitor daily output and address issues promptly
• Review planning processes to enhance on-time delivery and reduce manufacturing costs
• Maintain FG stock levels to optimise service and minimise write-offs
• Coordinate with Material Planners to resolve material constraints affecting plans or service levels
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of Planning master data in Microsoft D365 and Advanced Planning System
• Support packaging changes and innovation projects through to product launch
• Escalate supply and capacity issues to the Production Planning Manager/SCLT as needed
• Assist in preparing monthly IBP Offer of Supply capacity and demand review

Requirements

Non-negotiables:

• Previous Production & Capacity Planning Experience  
• Ability to understand manufacturing and supply cycles
• Data analysis skills to interpret plans and identify issues, trends and opportunities
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in numeracy, statistics and process flows
• Clear understand of ABCD product classifications, Rhythm Wheels and S&OP process
• Effective data reporting and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, organizational &, decision making skills 
• Great communication, influencing, problem solving and teamworking skills
• Risk management, project management, and contingency planning skills
• Alignment to Weetabix values
• Are always curious to finding new ways to do business!
• Have the ability to demonstrate how you keep up to date in your field of expertise

Nice to haves:

• Experience of working in an FMCG environment
• Microsoft D365 & or ERP systems advanced user knowledge
