• Bring ERP expertise and best practices into the organization, fostering knowledge transfer and driving continuous improvement
• Capture, challenge, and document stakeholders' functional requirements related to the ERP system
• Evaluate and contribute to the selection of ERP-focused technology solutions and IT partners
• Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and reduce gaps with standard ERP solutions
• Act as the key liaison between business departments, ensuring transparency, alignment, and coordination of comprehensive user testing before deployment

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field
• Strong experience in ERP (such as SAP, Oracle or D365)
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation
• Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience in guiding organizations through significant technological and process changes
• Fluent in English and German; both written and spoken

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from € 53,650.51, based on professional qualification and experience.
