As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will be leading the team responsible for driving company revenue and digital marketing strategy. You use a P&L owner mindset to ensure programs are driving the right business outcomes and profitability. The right candidate will have extensive in-depth experience with the market research industry and can drive the acceleration of marketing attributed revenue growth.

In this role you will

Optimize the playbook that will guide execution of our overall growth and performance marketing strategies across channels. Activate, drive and iterate demand generation campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen all aspects of the customer journey through to the sales pipeline. Deep experience reaching B2B audiences across paid channels such as Google Search, Ads, Email, LI, Events, Directories, etc. Implementing and measuring our SEO and CRO strategies while ensuring our website is optimized for both. Collaborate with ABX Team to create campaigns content from concept to execution to measurement and optimization. Work with brand and sales to create aligned communications across all channels to ensure consistent messages. Concept, produce and measure lifecycle marketing programs in Hubspot to expedite opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration and closed-won revenue. Own the goals, manage a dashboard of metrics and KPIs within a given budget as a profit-generating channel for the business. What you have

Experience that scales: 7+ years experience as a growth marketer in the B2B market research / consulting / professional services space, preferably in a high-growth environment Growth Marketing Leader: 4+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing organic, social and paid media (search, display, social, SEO) in-house. Multi-faceted Manager: Experience leading agencies, vendors and freelance partners and making everyone feel like one team. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Patented approach to using data to make informed decisions, while optimizing campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels. Experience managing millions: You are conscientious with the budget and drive thousands of leads annually. Martech Master: Advance knowledge working with top martech tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Ads, Apollo Please note: Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role.
