IT Manager Saas Applications

What to Expect:

• Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of our SaaS applications for resorts and the headquarters, including monitoring, problem-solving, and documentation (3rd Level Support).
• Optimizing processes (Configuration Management, Testing, Delivery) to ensure they run efficiently and as automated as possible.
• Participating in the planning and implementation of various projects.
• Advising and supporting departments in using SaaS applications.
• Developing concepts regarding changes to our IT landscape, including taking on responsibilities for implementing such sub-projects (e.g., migrations, integration, and connection of new applications or other expansions of our application landscape).
• Coordinating, supporting, and managing interfaces with suppliers and service providers, as well as internal stakeholders.
• Willingness for occasional on-call duty and sporadic travel to our 56 resorts in Europe.

What You Bring:

• Completed education in computer science (University/ETH, HF, FH) with at least 4 years of professional experience in engineering/applications management.
• Experience in the areas of cloud, general scripting, and particularly PowerShell.
• Proficient knowledge in monitoring, testing, and deploying SaaS applications.
• Expertise in the conception, planning, and implementation of complex projects, including the optimization and automation of regular tasks.
• Proactive work style and the ability to think networked, combined with strong team player qualities and the ability to act in a guest-oriented manner.
• Initial contact with the hospitality industry is a plus or willingness to familiarize yourself with the subject matter.
• Fluent in English and at least good German skills in spoken and written form.
