Head of Development

Head of Development & Control NextPharma, one of the leading European companies in pharmaceutical outsourcing, biotechnology, and healthcare, is looking for a Head of Development & Control to join their team in Limay, France.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies for product development, industrial transfer, and quality control
• Supervising and managing development/industrial transfer, quality control, and support functions
• Leading corrective and preventive actions related to quality events, audits, and inspections
• Managing support activities and analyzing performance indicators
• Providing regulatory guidance to various departments
• Responding to regulatory requests from clients
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate is a Pharmacist/Engineer with 10-15 years of experience, including 5 years as a Quality Control Manager.

Key skills include teamwork, clear communication, analytical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and project management.
