For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect/Enterprise Architecture Coach. Your main task is to guarantee a consistent level of quality across the solution architecture team. You will be creating a concept for the assessment of the performance and knowledge level of the solution architecture team, implement an assessment tool/create exams, and measure the quality and performance of the team. The client has predefined processes and methodologies that need to be consistent across the internal and external team.

1. Create a concept for the assessment of the performance and knowledge level of the Solution Architecture team
2. Plan, design and review assessment documents
3. Design exams and concept to evaluate level of knowledge and performance
4. Measure the quality and performance of the team
5. Guarantee level of consistent quality and performance across the Solution Architecture team
6. Mentor team of internal Solution Architects
7. Create consistency across external and internal team

1. Strong project experience as a Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect
2. Experience as a Coach/Mentor or Trainer
3. Strong project experience with creating concepts for performance assessments and exams
4. Experience with evaluating team of Solution architects
5. Experience with mentoring a team of 20+ Architects
6. Hands-on experience as an architect across different technologies
7. Fluency in English
8. Excellent Communication Skills

1. Start: September
2. Duration: 3-6 months (+ option to extend)
3. Workload: 5 days per week (client flexible to 3 days/week depending on candidate's availability)
4. Location: Mainly remote, some on-site work in Germany (Workshops/Meetings)
5. Languages: Fluency in English
