For the department Customer Services ATC/TRML-4D, we are looking for a Service Operations Manager for ground-based radar systems at the Ulm site at the earliest date possible. Applications from younger professionals, who may not yet fulfil all requirements and are motivated for a demanding further development, are very welcome as well. The department Customer Services ATC/TRML-4D is responsible for the Integrated Logistics Support and the subsequent Service Support of our military and civilian customers’ systems. As part of the product delivery projects, the ILS managers create the basis on which the Service Operations Manager will build the successful ISS contracts.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Entwicklung/Aktualisierung eines Service Management Plan
- Unterstützung der Überführung der Systeme in die Servicephase
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Versorgbarkeit des Systems beim Kunden
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der kundenspezifischen KPIs gemäß Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Verantwortung für die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden hinsichtlich Incidents
- Definition und Dokumentation von Incidents Reports in den Statusboards
- agieren als Schnittstelle zum 2nd und 3rd Level Team
- Planung und Durchführung von Reparatureinsätzen
- Erstellung von Service- und Ersatzteilangeboten
- Steuerung von internen und externen Partnern
- Service-bezogene Managementaufgaben in interdisziplinären Produktteams während des gesamten Lebenszyklus
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Kommunikationstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Service Operations Management sind wünschenswert
- Offen für Teamarbeit im internationalen/multikulturellen Umfeld
- Verhandlungsgeschick mit Kunden und Auftragnehmern (intern & extern)
- Anpassungsfähigkeit an veränderte Kundenbedürfnisse
- Kenntnisse der gängigen Management-Tools wie z. B. MS Project, SAP, JIRA, Confluence
- Deutsch (fließend) und Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
