As Fraud & AML Platform Solution Architect, you will be working within the Middle-Office department.

• Drive the evolution of the Fraud & AML platform.
• Closely collaborate with IT and SWE teams in identifying and bringing new data sources (including hands-on work).
• Write detection rules to enable proactive threat hunting.
• Support the team in designing and implementing operational and administrative controls.
• Support various teams to operate and optimize controls.
• Automate execution of fraud and AML controls to reduce manual workload.
• Design and follow up on detection tools performance metrics; implement and evolve a set of KPIs and KRIs.
• Report thereon.
• Support the team in performing fraud and risk assessments of new business projects and assist business teams in applying mitigating measures.
• Ensure any discovered product and customer risks are addressed by the Fraud & AML platform capabilities.
• Assist and support clients and partners on fraud-related topics and queries.

• Coordination with IT/Operations in case of fraud incident.
• Forensics of Fraud Incidents.
• Actively participate in all activities related to team responsibilities.

Mandatory

• At least 5+ years of previous experience in managing applications and working as Solution Architect for SEIM-like Fraud/AML/Security solutions.
• Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering or similar.
• Experience in roles of Product Owner and/or Project manager with a proven track record of successful deliveries of various scopes and complexities.
• Good leadership skills and ability to contribute (or better - lead) product vision.
• Hands-on experience with system development and integration, from data acquisition to data quality assurance.
• Ability to utilize both expert-driven rules and Machine Learning techniques in capturing Fraud and AML scenarios.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders, experts, and third parties (including vendor management).
• Capability to articulate complex and technical concepts into clear business language.
• Close market watch to anticipate any new trends with ability to foresee end-user expectations and demands.
• Both technical and business knowledge of AML/CTF and Fraud regulation is a plus.
• SQL and scripting language knowledge is a must (Python/Perl/Bash..); knowledge of Programming languages (Java, C++..) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, oral and written; knowledge of French is preferred.

• Information Security certificates e.g. CISSP/CISA/GIAC/CEH.
• Data Science trainings/certifications.
