SAP FI/CO Business Systems Specialist & Service Delivery Manager

We are in search of an experienced SAP FICO Business Systems Specialist and Service Delivery Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our SAP systems focusing on Financial and Controlling processes. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA FI and CO, coupled with experience in managing service value streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise in Business Systems:

• Manage and configure SAP FI/CO systems ensuring smooth integration with other modules.

• Oversee and implement system customization tasks.

• Maintain and update the technical solution template.

Service Value Stream Management:

• Optimize the end-to-end service value streams including handling user requests, incident management, and change requests.

• Implement and uphold service management best practices such as ITIL.

• Contribute to transformation projects involving SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

• Ensure maintenance of technical and functional documentation.

• Monitor and drive AMS partners to ensure Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.

Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.

• Act as a technical advisor and business partner.

• Serve as a liaison between business partners and IT teams.

• Provide technology insights to support Financial and Controlling objectives.

• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Be familiar with IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL.

Requirements

• Knowledge of international financial processes and business processes in the industrial manufacturing, machinery, and components (IM&C) sectors.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in SAP ECC – S/4HANA, particularly in the FI and CO modules.

• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
