Senior Director Information Security

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated professional to lead and implement a comprehensive information security strategy in a dynamic, international setting. The role involves ensuring intellectual property protection, business continuity, and compliance, while fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an integrated information security strategy that ensures intellectual property protection, business continuity, and compliance.
• Lead a team to collaborate with various stakeholders, fostering enterprise-level information security compliance.
• Evaluate and analyse current applications and processes for risk, driving continuous improvement and conceptualizing new strategies.
• Promote and enhance cybersecurity awareness across the organization to bolster organizational resilience.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in Switzerland or the EU.
• University degree in IT with a focus on cybersecurity or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT and security roles, preferably in an international manufacturing environment.
• Profound understanding of information security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.
• Strong leadership skills with a knack for constructive persuasion, risk management, and change management processes.
• A hands-on approach with a high level of perseverance.
