Service Delivery Manager - Paris - 12 months

Our important client based in Paris is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Paris for a 12-month contract.

You will be:

Helping in the implementation of complex IT solutions,

Challenging the teams around you with the help of the Team Leaders

Coordinating teams and make sure the deadline are met and respected

Orchestrating and leading the work and different teams

Requirements

Experience as a Service Delivery ManagerHave an experience with a ticketing tool (Ideally ServiceNow)You have a good communication and writing skills

Fluent English is mandatory

Hybrid role with the possibility to go twice a week at the office. Could be twice every two weeks after few months.
