Solution Architect Coach - 3+ months - Remote & Onsite in Germany - Start September

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect Coach/ Enterprise Architecture Coach.
Your main tasks are to guarantee a consistent level of quality across the solution architecture team. You will be creating a concept for the assessment of the performance and knowledge level of the solution architecture team, implement an assessment tool and measure the quality and performance of the team.
The client has predefined processes and methodologies that need to be consistent across the team.

Tasks:
* Design and maintain performance assessment measures
* Plan, design, and review documents
* Lead a Team of Solution Architects through a project
* Ensure solution architects meets new business requests
* Performance assessment and quality alignment across the solution architecture team
* Mentoring, creating exams and reviewing architects

Requirements:
* Strong project experience as a Solution Architect Coach / Enterprise Architect
* Strong project experience within Performance assessment
* Experience with conception of assessing documents
* Hands on experience as an architect across different technologies
* Strong Technical Performance as a Solution Architect/ Enterprise Architect Coach
* Fluency in English
* Excellent Communication Skills

Project details:
* Start: September
* Duration: 3-6 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week (client flexible to 3 days/week depending on candidate's availability)
* Location: Mainly remote, some on site work in Germany (Workshops/Meetings)
* Languages: Fluency in English
