Role Overview As an Appointment Setter / New Business Sales Specialist, responsibilities include: * Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across international STEM markets to introduce Mercury Hampton’s talent solutions. * Qualifying leads and building strong relationships with decision-makers, fuelling the pipeline for the business development team. * Securing high-quality appointments and meetings for recruitment consultants and senior sales staff. * Utilizing next-generation digital tools and automation to optimize outreach and engagement. * Understanding client needs and providing information on Mercury Hampton’s full service offering. * Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding. What We're Looking For Ideal candidates will demonstrate: * Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales. * A results-driven, consultative approach and strong communication skills. * The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, combined with excellent organization. * High levels of ambition, motivation, and resilience in a dynamic, target-focused environment.
