1. Customizing of MS Dynamics 365 Cloud modules (Sales, Marketing and Project Operations)
2. Creation of requirements analyses, implementation, testing and acceptance
3. Advising the specialist departments and subsidiaries
4. Creation of training materials and documentation
5. Support and user training
6. Independent evaluation of optimizing measures

Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training. Broad experience in customizing with the MS Dynamics 365 modules Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations. MS Power Automate, PowerBI, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central desirable. German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written and basic knowledge of English. Ability to work in a team and enjoy communicating with users. Independent and systematic way of working, friendliness, and openness. You act on the basis of a clear value system in which honesty, friendliness, and appreciation have a firm place.
