Job description

As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect within the Microsoft Dynamics BizApps Area, you'll collaborate with enterprise customers, ISVs, and Partners to conceptualize, design, and execute Dynamics 365 applications. Partnering with senior business and technology leaders within the Marketwide AMBG Group and our clients, you'll assist in selecting the most suitable technical architecture to address their unique business challenges.

What you can expect:

• You'll excel in communicating at various levels: from discussing the strategic alignment of technology with business objectives with business leaders, to delving into technical intricacies with CIOs, architects, IT professionals, and developers. Conversations may encompass topics such as application security models, role-based access control, messaging patterns, and code development.

• In addition, you'll closely collaborate with Program Managers to ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements, thus influencing future product releases.

• Flexibility is essential as you'll navigate working in an international context, adeptly adjusting to diverse client styles, account teams, and offshore teams.

What we are looking for:

• You possess a consultancy or Technical Program Manager background with a proven track record in designing and implementing projects involving Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Human Resources, and Project Operations.

• You have demonstrated experience in delivering projects within the products industry

• Strong skills in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Commerce are advantageous

As a Solution Architect, you should:

• Demonstrate a strong background in program management and/or consultancy, with successful architecture and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business applications implementation lifecycle, particularly related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

• Have the ability to analyze complex technical and customer scenarios and propose appropriate solutions.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey customer requirements and pain points to executives and feature crews.

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Microsoft and Partners in the field.

• Work proficiently both independently and within multi-disciplinary team environments.

• Showcase technical expertise with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in a Microsoft development environment, including SQL, WSS, HTML, XML, .NET, JavaScript, and AJAX.

• Adapt communication styles for various audiences, from developers to CIOs and technical decision-makers.

• Demonstrate strong capabilities in driving solutioning, including estimates and costs, and provide support for pre-sales activities in person.
