Head of IT

IT Management position with a growing healthcare provider who have a strong focus on the combination of technology and chronic diseases. Their innovative business model combines treatment in our practice network with modern digital care options. As the IT Manager, you will play a key role by designing and continuously developing the necessary IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, support and further development of the IT infrastructure at all locations (head office, practices, clinic) with a focus on modern and efficient solutions
• Responsibility for IT security and close collaboration with our regulatory team to implement compliance issues
• Building an effective team (internal and external) to ensure smooth management of the IT infrastructure
• Support the development team in the delivery of digital products and services

Key Skills

• You have many years of experience in setting up and managing complex IT infrastructures and are familiar with tools such as, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, network management etc.
• You have extensive knowledge in the field of information security (ideally ISO 27001) and have successfully implemented IT security solutions
• Ideally already have experience in a practice or hospital environment
• You speak German at native speaker level
