Lead a team of backend developers spread across multiple geographies, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using C++, Java, C#, and other relevant technologies
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews, testing, and optimization techniques
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the development process and productivity of the team
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in backend technologies, incorporating them into our platform where applicable
Act as a subject matter expert in backend development, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders as needed

This is you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2 years of relevant experience as a team leader
Proven experience (10+ years) in backend development, with a strong focus on C++, Java, C#, and Edge technologies.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team towards success.
Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with Edge computing, IoT frameworks, and Integration (ETL) platforms is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
