Working Student Team Support Financial Information IT Architecture 40-60%

We are looking for a working student who will support our Financial Information IT Architecture team in the daily business with enthusiasm and joy. You will work in a motivated, dynamic environment in which we are responsible for defining an effective Architecture practice, including process and operating models, IT architectures, principles, and standards.

We support you in your career entry, invest in your development and the expansion of your personal skills. As a "Working Student" you will be part of our NextGen Community and join a network of dedicated career starters. This position is initially limited to 6 months, with the option of an extension.

• Manage our Confluence and SharePoint sites and help develop our community portal
• Develop templates supporting analysis of our IT architecture
• Conduct analysis across datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
• Layout, adapt and proof-read documents
• Correspondence for team management and collaboration
• Coordinate appointments

• Enrolled as a student in a Swiss university or university of applied science preferred in the field of Business Administration or Business Informatics
• Sound IT background or knowledge is a plus
• Good organizational skills, service orientation, accurate working methods
• Very good verbal and written skills in English. Good German and Spanish skills are a plus
