About

As a UX Researcher at PandaDoc, you will play a key role in driving user-centric design and influencing product strategy. Leveraging your research experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct strategic projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our research practices.

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct user research studies, including surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and concept/prototype testing, to generate user-focused insights, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that inform innovation and execution.
  • Actively participate in creating research plans and expand stakeholder engagement to include user-centric considerations. Integrate user feedback into decision-making processes and advocate for user-centric approaches within project frameworks.
  • Communicate and deliver compelling research findings and recommendations in the appropriate format for the relevant audience (e.g., reports, presentations, workshops) to shift the focus to our customers and drive product strategy.
About you:
  • 3+ years of research experience, ideally from a similar industry, working in B2B SaaS companies with a strong emphasis on research and product-led growth. Background in research, psychology, statistics, human-computer interaction, interaction design or a related field.
  • Understanding of common and emerging research methods and data analytics, with the ability to independently create and execute multi-method research roadmaps for large-scale complex projects.
  • Ability to analyze existing research from multiple internal and external sources to arrive at a clearly articulated, informed opinion.
  • Experience advocating for customers' needs within cross-functional teams by delivering effective written reports, crisp summaries, and visual artifacts. Take part in engaging presentations and interactive workshops.
  • Proficient at building trust and confidence with stakeholders and pushing back to support better outcomes for users or customers.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, adaptability, and perseverance in solving challenging problems.
  • Passion for guiding and supporting individuals who may not have a background in research, by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills.
