    In this exciting and diverse role of high impact, we are hiring an energized, tenacious, and highly driven Technical and Application Support Consultant / Scientist to join our Avery Dennison Label Packaging Materials business (label.averydennison.com ) at our Distribution Center in Cadorago (CO) with a direct reporting line to our Technical Sales Manager. This is a 12-month contract with the strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and company needs.

    Your Mission:

    • Empower Innovation in and Pioneer the Future of Labeling Technology
    • Technical Sales Support/Empower Customers: Analyze adhesive materials and labels, develop and refine testing methodologies, and present your findings to the sales team and the customers. Become a trusted advisor in promoting our products and resolving customer inquiries.
    • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with our world-class R&D and Innovation team to push the boundaries of labeling technology. Develop tailored solutions to address end-users requirements, provide training to the sales team and the customers, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
    • Ensure Product Quality Excellence: Champion quality by assisting with non-conformity management and resolving customer claims, ensuring our products exceed expectations.
    • What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

      • Technical Expertise: A degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field, coupled with hands-on experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting, as well as with a strong understanding of IT tools and problem-solving skills.
      • Passion for Innovation: A curious mind and a desire to explore new ideas and technologies.
      • Customer-Centric Approach: A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills in Italian and English to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
