With your team, you will advise and support management, departments and users in the development, implementation and, if necessary, use of information systems, applications and processes. You are responsible for the functionality and development of the information systems, applications and processes for the entire organization. Applications outside Germany are welcome.

What you’ll be doing:

• Your area of responsibility includes an IT solution from A-Z:
• Creation of a blueprint or specification for an IT solution or setting up a new IT solution
• Coordination and management of developers and consultants within the area of responsibility
• Coordination e.g. with key users for testing and quality assurance, support for the provision of appropriate documentation.
• Communicate with and coordinate users and stakeholders as overall contact person
• Actively gain knowledge in the assigned area when changes occur, or a new process is introduced
• Train people and, if necessary, create suitable training material, primarily IT knowledge transfer as well as business trainings
• Provide continuous improvement in the respective area of expertise and actively contribute these ideas to the IT organization
• Support the 2nd and 3rd level of service operations in the event of incidents and problems
• If needed, take over the 24/7 on-duty support

What you’ll bring with you:

• University degree or comparable professional expertise and experience in Business Administration or IT
• 4-6 years professional experience
• ITIL Certificate
• SAP Certification in SCM, SD or similar
• Fluent English (written and spoken), German and/or Spanish nice to have
• Proficient user of SAP SD, SAP SCM
• Advanced User of SAP HANA Platform, Process Design/Modelling Software (e.g. BIC, ARIS), IT-Network Technologies
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP PP, ABAP
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (international, mainly Europe / North Africa / USA + Central America)
• Great team competence with good communication and cooperative networking skills
• A creative and result-oriented mindset as well as the ability to deal with complexity and an understanding of business
