Strong understanding of RF principles, network protocols, embedded systems, and vehicle communication technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of successful project completions in fast-paced environments.

More: Technical Specialist – Bluetooth

  • Experience of Android platforms (e.g. Android Automotive) not essential but preferred
  • Knowledge of Bluetooth technologies such as ((Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR), Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Bluetooth 5.x (including 5.1 and 5.2), Profiles and Protocols (e.g., A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP, GATT), Bluez)
  • Embedded software experience including firmware development for wireless modules, microcontroller programming (e.g., ARM Cortex), RTOS, Low-power design
  • Network Protocols (beneficial) – e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT, SOME/IP, Ethernet, CAN, CAN FD, DHCP, DNS, Radio Equipment Directive
  • Other tools and software; RF testing (e.g., spectrum / network analysers), Wireshark, Bluetooth SIG Alliance Certification Tests, GNU/Linux (Kernel drivers), QNX, PlantUml, DrawIo, Etherreal, tcpdump, iptables, nftables, C, C++, Kotlin, Python.

Candidates for this Technical specialist role (Bluetooth) would ideally have developed systems for automotive vehicle platforms (e.g. infotainment). Also, they would ideally be located near Munich however remote working is available.
