Job Description:

• Lead and manage the development team
• Define and manage the development schedule
• Manage product lifecycle
• Ensure availability and alignment of resources for the schedule
• Organize task definition, estimation, and distribution within the team
• Implement and operate necessary tools for software development, testing, integration, and deployment (CI/CD)
• Manage sprints and roadmaps
• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Excellent adaptability and organizational skills
• Team management experience
• Roadmap and budget construction management
• Experience with nearshore development teams is a plus
• Fluent in French and B2 level English
• Mastery of Agile and DevOps methodologies and frameworks
