BURNCO is currently hiring a Part-Time Admin Coordinator for our Ready-Mix operations in Lethbridge, Alberta. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be providing day-to-day admin support, as well, as general office duties.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Complete and distribute purchase orders and invoices for payment.
  • Follow up calls to Vendors for purchase order tracing.
  • Contact customers for outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare employee expense reports.
  • Answer phones.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports.
  • Maintain inventory of office/safety supplies and order supplies as required.
  • Filing as required.
  • General office cleaning.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

What We Need from You

  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Experience working with concrete is an asset.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work well under pressure, in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willing to train the right candidate.
