Responsibilities and skills needed

• Full-time position with competitive salary, commission and bonuses
• Sales experience required, including cold calling and relationship management
• Experience prospecting new accounts is an advantage – full training provided
• IP industry knowledge a plus, selling to attorneys, paralegals and admins
• Proficient negotiation, presentation skills, excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Native German and strong English are required
• Work well with a team and independently motivated
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• CRM and strong Microsoft Office experience is preferred
