About

A world renowned University in London is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team for 3-4 months to lead on large scale advertising and CRM campaigns. The Marketing Manager will look after a small team and drive campaigns alongside their media agency.

Our client is a fantastic brand in the Higher Education sector and internationally respected.

The team are in the London office twice a week.

Description

  • Campaign Leadership: Spearhead cross-channel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across advertising, CRM, content, and events to support student recruitment.
  • Digital Advertising & CRM: Plan and deliver global digital campaigns and CRM journeys, using data-driven insights to engage diverse UK and international audiences.
  • Performance & Evaluation: Lead campaign measurement and benchmarking, translating analytics and audience research into actionable improvements and strategic refinements.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Provide strategic direction to the Campaigns and CRM team, fosters collaboration, and manage the relationship with the media agency.
  • Budget Oversight & Compliance: Manage and allocate the campaign budget, ensuring all communications meet GDPR, accessibility, and brand standards while supporting recruitment goals.

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Team management responsibilities, with the ability to manage team through periods of change.
  • Digital advertising and campaign management skills.
  • Excellent external stakeholder management skills, having previously managed external agencies.
  • Budget management.
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Job Offer
