Job Description:
6+ years of experience Strong Salesforce Service Cloud expertise (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI integrations) OmniStudio AgentForce Data Cloud Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) Strong UI/UX design capabilities (building modern, responsive frontends) JavaScript, HTML, CSS fundamentals Ability to work in a hybrid, pod-based team environment
Desired Skills
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant) Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps and APIs Knowledge of DevOps practices (agile, CI/CD, deployments) Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers and translate business requirements into solutions Directly contribute to 's migration from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud Build and customize Service Cloud applications (case management, agent consoles, knowledge base, omni-channel routing) Design and maintain Lightning Web Components and other UI features Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create consistent, user-friendly interfaces Integrate Salesforce with external systems for seamless data flow Optimize agent workflows through UI customization and automation Develop a universal look and feel across all member-facing applications
