Business Intelligence Engineer (L4), EU CF Process Engineering (m/f/d)

Are you interested in a high-impact role with exposure to senior leaders? The EU Process Engineering Team is seeking a customer-focused Business Intelligence Engineer with strong analytical and technical skills to drive performance measurement, innovation, and execution in Fulfillment Centre Operations. Collaborating closely with Amazon Fulfillment Center Operations and data teams, you will be responsible for developing analytics dashboards, deep-dive tools, and influencing product roadmaps using data, AWS services, and insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Redshift, metrics development, and dashboard creation using tools like QuickSight. Experience in programming is a must. You should excel in translating customer and business opportunities into innovative business intelligence solutions and demonstrate a passion for working with extensive datasets to drive data-driven decisions and build models that address critical questions for our stakeholders.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out any location within European Fulfillment Centers or Corporate Office.

About the team

The EU PE is a group of Process Engineers located all over Europe. We are proudly part of the Ops team. Our aim is to eliminate processes variation across FCs, guiding, promoting and scaling at network level cutting edge best practices.
