About
*Physical Therapist Duties and Responsibilities*
* Join an expert team with over 20 plus years of Sports Medicine and Orthopedic experience that values wellness for both staff and patients. Offering 1 hour treatment sessions, hands-on mentoring, and specialty certifications.
* Determine eligibility for pelciv floor physical therapy through evaluation, including standardized assessments, functional outcome measures, observations, and interviews
* Establish a plan of care with individualized SMART goals and provide accurate and thorough documentation per legal guidelines
* Develop and execute one-hour-long, personalized treatments
*Physical Therapist Requirements and Qualifications*
* Active CA licensure
* Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution with a certification in Pelvic Floor therapy
* Up to date Basic Life Support (BLS)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
