Our elevator plant in Neuhausen is not only the largest in Europe but also the only one with continuous production of all components in Germany. With around 700 employees and a production area of 48,000 square meters, we focus on engineering, production of elevator systems, and component optimization. We manufacture over 1,200 elevator systems and 17,500 drives annually, with a 70% export rate worldwide.

• Central contact for Configit Model at TKAW during projects
• Conceptualization and construction of models in Configit Model
• Definition and coordination of interfaces with other applications (e.g., ECF, SAP-daproh)
• Creation of programming templates/User Stories for product definition
• Maintenance and expansion of models, interfaces, etc., in Configit Model
• Analysis, economic evaluation, and prioritization of requirements from departments

• Development of concepts and alignment with stakeholders
• Creation of programming templates and coordination with external service providers
• Planning and execution of internal tests and UATs
• Introduction of new workflows to the works council
• Easy Redmine administration including user management
• Technical support for internal and external users
• Printer requests for new devices and management tasks

• Completed technical or business education (e.g., Technician, Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer)
• Several years of experience as a project manager with solid project management skills
• Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Easy Redmine, and SAP
• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and structured work approach
• High level of initiative, social competence, and excellent communication skills
• Elevator-specific product knowledge, technical understanding, and openness to innovations
• Very good English language skills
