Business Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA Authorization Management

• Rate:450€ - 520€ / Day

Description

Context:This role is part of the S/4 HANA transformation project within the Finance Information System (from ECC to S/4 HANA) using a bluefield approach. The project includes ISO standard migration and process evolution for certain areas, involving a team of around thirty people on the client side, with only one person dedicated to authorization management, necessitating a high level of expertise and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Authorization Management Leadership:Lead the authorization management workstream, including estimation, planning, and action plans.
• Workshops:Conduct workshops with AMOA (Assistant à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) and MOA (Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) to understand client needs and define the future solution.
• Collaboration:Work with development teams to retrieve specific authorizations to be implemented.
• Authorization Matrix Design:Design the authorization matrix, including reviewing existing applications and integrating new S/4 HANA applications, defining roles, and establishing naming conventions.
• Solution Development:Develop the authorization solution within the S/4 HANA system, including role development and transport.
