• A recent skills checklist, NURSYS verification, and state primary source verification are required for consideration

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience required
• Valid, non-expired Driver's License required
