American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring active IA or compact licensure and background in Med Surg, PCU, or ICU settings.

• Position is in an ICU setting with potential floating to Med Surg and PCU units
• Patient population includes Med Surg, PCU, and ICU level patients
• Epic EMR is used in this facility; experience is required
• Must be comfortable floating between Med Surg, PCU, and ICU as needed
• Travelers are required to work 2 out of 3 major winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• Only 1 day of time off may be requested between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26
• Team members must be comfortable with frequent patient population changes due to floating
• Epic EMR experience is required for this position
• Returning travelers may be subject to eligibility restrictions if employed by the facility within the past 12 months

• Active Iowa or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Active Illinois RN license required at time of consideration
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required
• At least 2 years of combined Med Surg and Stepdown/PCU or ICU experience
• Must provide one supervisory reference from within the last 2 years
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
