Solution Architect - HRSD

Are you our next ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect?

The Cloud People, is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil. For our office in Germany (Leinfelden-Echterdingen) we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our team.

We are looking for candidates that can:

1. Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive digital transformation
2. Support the customer in formulating the requirements and converting them into high-level and low-level specifications
3. Define ServiceNow solutions and integrations with backend systems like Workday and Pay 25
4. Focus on introducing and enhancing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) functions
5. Analyze complex and critical data flows and interfaces
6. Design IT integrations between HR ServiceNow and the HR-IT landscape
7. Take on significant project responsibilities, engaging in diverse and impactful tasks that affect the entire HR organization
8. Support the development team in the implementation of requirements and act as a moderator between all parties involved throughout the entire development process
9. Lead expert meetings and moderate workshops
10. Master both the technical and business sides to become the bridge that enables technology to solve business needs
11. Speak fluently English. German proficiency (at least B1) is preferred.
12. Work in a hybrid mode - being on-customer side a couple of days a week in the Stuttgart area

Typical traits of our ServiceNow Solution Architects:

• At least three years of experience as a technical consultant and/or solution architect with ServiceNow projects
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow
• Extensive experience with the automation of processes in the areas of incident management, change management, customer service management, and others
• Experienced and trustworthy in customer interaction
• Team player who is willing to take responsibility and lead a project team
• ITIL 4 certification
• ServiceNow certifications, especially CIS-HRSD
