About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the first AI-empowered CRM to advance cancer research. You will work closely with Felix (Founding Software Engineer) and our Product Designer in a three-person team to build and ship the first Data Intelligence-empowered CRM, enabling Clinical Operations teams to confidently deliver clinical trials to the right clinics and patients.

Tasks

Must have Skills

  • Experience architecting, developing, and testing fullstack code end-to-end
  • Being proactive, effective and a fast-learner
  • First principles thinker with solid problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Javascript or Typescript ideally also with a modern web framework such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or Angular
  • Experience working with relational databases, especially Postgres
  • Experience with GCP services
  • Collaborate closely with data scientist, customer success and GTM to align product development effort with business goals; provide timely support for questions or issues impacting customer experience or recommendation results.

Good to have

  • Prior experience in CRM, Workflow automation, AI agents or Co-Pilots
  • Prior experience in LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and/or prompting
  • Building ETL pipelines for data extraction and structuring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain data science work and collaborate with stakeholders to execute
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a relentless drive; enjoy a fast-paced and results-driven culture
  • Excel and enjoy a collaborative and in-person workplace
  • Comfortable with handling ambiguity and creating processes from scratch. We are growing fast and still learning
  • A demonstrated ability to get stuff done. In an ideal world, you’ve worked in a fast-growing company and know what we should be doing today, in one year, and in two years
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
